Size chart
Our size chart reflects the dimensions of the garment, not those of the customer. These measurements represent the maximum dimensions, which may slightly vary due to the handmade nature of our clothing and discrepancies in the measuring process. It's important to note that our garments do not stretch. Therefore, we highly advise measuring yourself before placing an order and comparing your measurements to the size chart.
Measurement Guide
- To determine your bust measurement, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest while wearing a bra. Avoid using backless or stick-on bras for accuracy.
- Typically, your waist is slimmer than your chest, and it should align with your belly button.
- For precise hip measurements, measure around the fullest part of your hips while wearing only underwear.

Recommendations for utilizing the size chart
- For maxi or midi skirts with gathers or flair, your waist measurement takes precedence.
- For closed-back dresses (such as sleeved dresses or those with zipper or button closure), choose a size based on your largest measurement. For instance, if your bust measures 39 inches (99cm) and your waist measures 28 inches (71cm), opt for a size M. If your bust measures 43 inches (109cm) and your waist measures 34 inches (86cm), select a size XL.
- Your hip measurement becomes crucial for garments fitted from the waist downwards, like pants, shorts, jumpsuits, and snug skirts, where your hip measurement should be the determining factor.
Our garments are crafted from 100% African print cotton fabric, known for its non-stretch quality.
