Refund policy

 We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Read all this please!.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you  received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Customs Fees and Responsibility for Return 

Please note that return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before placing an order or returning an item to avoid any surprises.

Additionally, we advise using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. We are not liable for any additional fees related to customs or the return of products.

4. Item received does not match the order

If you receive a product that does not match your order or the images shown on our website, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags), you will have two options:

  • Receive the correct item as quickly as possible, or
  • Get a full refund.

5. Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • EARRINGS,
  • Used or worn Headwraps,
  • Garments smell of perfume or any specific scent on it 
  • and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

6. Sales items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are non-refundable. However, we offer store credit or an exchange for a different size or item, depending on stock availability.

 

7. Return process

To start a return, you can click this RETURN SLIP and follow the provided prompt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


9. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

10. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
